This will not slow down the processing time. I have something specific in mind that I didn’t see on your web page. Can you design a wrapper for me if I tell you what I want? Yes. There is no additional charge for us to custom design a wrapper. Just tell us what you want and we’ll design a wrapper for you at no additional charge. We’ll even send you a proof (via email) to approve your wrapper. If you have an image already (such as a business logo), you can send it to us via email and we will put it on your wrapper as long as it’s not copyright protected. How can I view my items before I place my order? You can see what you have selected by clicking on the black round button in the shopping cart icon on the left side of the screen. The information that you have entered will be shown in the confirmation page before your order is processed. However, a proof of the finished product with all of your personalization information on it will be emailed to you after you have placed the order and before it is shipped to you. You will have the option to make changes once I send you the proof. It will only be printed and shipped upon your approval.
What type of paper do you use? We feature a bright white, high quality Laser glossy paper, for clear, crisp high quality printing. How much do your wrappers cost? The price for each bar is listed with the item. Most wrappers are .95. You may include Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars for a fully assembled set for an additional $1.00. Are there requirements for uploading a photo? We reccommend uploading a high quality, clear, uncropped photo for the best quality printing. We will adjust your photo to look the best on the wrapper with our photo editing software. We will do our best with the photo submitted, however, if the photo quality is poor, the final print will reflect that. What methods of payment do you accept? Currently, you can pay by PayPal either with your PayPal account or by just entering a credit card number. You don’t even need a PayPal account. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal payments securely, and hassle-free. For your security, Paypal is one of the safest ways to make online purchases. What method of shipping will be used to mail my order? Upon checking out, you will be asked to select the shipping method that you prefer. How do I place my order? We recommend placing your selection in the shopping cart and ordering online, but you can also send us your order via email. We will then send you an invoice: I have some other questions. Without physically holding your colors to the printed product, it is very difficult to get an exact match; however, we will try to match them to the best of our ability. There is no extra charge for color matching. You can also view our standard colors page to see if we have something close to what you had in mind. Please note: Due to the different settings on individual monitors, it is often hard for us to show you the true color of our products. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers, and monitors. When I order wrappers, how do I wrap them? With all completed wrapper orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick or double stick tape. Don’t worry, it’s very easy. Do I need to add sales tax? As of now, there is no sales tax. What is the turnaround time? Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days plus shipping time, depending upon the method you select. Once you approve the image and we receive payment in full, orders are shipped within 5 business days. All orders are shipped via the shipping method that you select at checkout, which can take up to a week (or LONGER) to arrive at its destination. Can you scan a photograph and put it on a wrapper for me? Unfortunately, No. All photo’s must be submitted to us through the online order form or via email. *Note – All photo’s must be copyright free unless you send us a release form from the photographer.
