Ordering Instructions

1. View our selection of wrappers and choose the design that you would like.  You will be able to personalize each item that you order.  Please remember to hit "Update Quantity" upon selecting multiple items.
2. If you would like your order to come pre-assembled including the chocolate, please check out "Ordering Pre-assembled Sets"
3. Once you have completed your selection and have added everything that you need to your shopping cart, click on checkout, where you will be prompted for a payment via paypal. 
4. You do not need a Paypal account to complete your order, all you need is a credit card or bank account. 
5. Once you have completed your payment through paypal, you must click on return to merchant or your order will not be processed.

Processing information

1. For orders of 200 or less wrappers & foil only:  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.  Your order is likely to be processed sooner than that, however, 7 business days is the maximum processing time needed. This does not include shipping time
2. For Orders of 200 or more wrappers & foil only:  Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed.  Your order is likely to be processed sooner than that, however, 10 business days is the maximum processing time needed. This does not include shipping time
3. For Orders of 100 or less pre-assembled bars: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed.  Your order is likely to be processed sooner than that, however, 10 business days is the maximum processing time needed. This does not include shipping timeWe do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the following business day. 
4. For orders of 100 - 250 pre-assembled bars: Please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be processed.  Your order is likely to be processed sooner than that, however, 12 business days is the maximum processing time needed. This does not include shipping time
5. For orders of 250 or more pre-assembled bars: Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to be processed.  Your order is likely to be processed sooner than that, however, 14 business days is the maximum processing time needed. This does not include shipping time
6. Please see our Hours of Operation for more information on processing times and shipping information. 
7. Once your order is processed and completed, we will send you an image proof of what your completed item(s) will look like. 
8. Please check the proof thouroughly for any spelling errors (as it will be written exactly the way that you enter it) and for any errors with dates or anything else.    Please see our refund and cancellation policy. 
9. Once you have approved the proof, the item(s) will be printed and prepared for shipping.  Depending on the day of the week your proof was approved and printed, your item will be shipped on the next of our shipping days.  We normally ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. 
10. If you need an order *rushed* there is a $20 rush fee and overnight shipping must be selected.  This fee will be charged automatically upon selecting overnight mail (the fee is included with the overnight shipping price.)
11. Rush orders will be processed within 48 hours and a proof will be sent, however if it is not approved within 24 hours of being sent, items will be printed and sent regardless of approval.  Rush orders do not have to wait until the next of our shipping days, it will be shipped the same day as it was printed.  Please note that we can not accept a rush order for orders of 200 or more pre-assembled bars.
