If you need to cancel an order, you may do so and recieve a full refund if no proof has already been sent to you. 

If you need to cancel and order and a proof has already been sent to you, but not approved, you may cancel but will be refunded $5- less than your total purchase for a service fee. 

If you have already approved the proof that has been sent to you, you must contact us within 24 hours of your approval or else it is likely to have already been printed, at which time, no refund will be given.  If you do contact us within 24 hrs, you will be refunded $5- less than your total purchase for a service fee.

Products that are personalized can't be returned for a refund. 

If there is a problem with your order other than personalization once you ahev received it, a claim must be made within 3 business days of the reciept.   

If we make an error on your order, we will quickly replace your product free. We will ship at our cost to make sure your order gets to you on time. We must be contacted within 3 days of product receipt (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors.

If you make an error on your order, we will replace your order at a discount (discount varies depending on product ordered). Shipping costs for the reprint will be your responsibility.  We must be contacted within 3 days (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors

Please be sure that you check the processing and shipping time frame before placing your order.  We are not responsible for orders arriving late as long as we send the package out witin our provided time frame.

****Once an item has been printed, no refunds will be given for any reason.  Please check your proofs very well before approving them.  We are not responsible for any errors, including spelling and dates once a proof has been approved.
